CR for Fiscal Year 2013
Fiscal year 2013 started October 1, 2012. Congress passed H.J. Res. 117, a Continuing Resolution, or CR, that extended the government’s spending authority through the first six month of the new fiscal year (to March 27, 2013). Congress returned after the elections for a lame-duck session. None of the regular fiscal year 2013 appropriations bills were taken up during this session. | |
